Eleven Rivers expose the importance of agricultural sampling for genomic traceability

Within the workshop-course “Informatics tools and comparative genomics” Eng. Edgar Ramirez Guerrero, technical advisor of Eleven Rivers Growers, explained to attendees the importance of sampling for genomic traceability in the agricultural sector.

The objective was to show attendees through technical experience, which are the main risk areas of agricultural companies, as well as the most relevant points of the operation of agricultural companies, where it is necessary to sample for run the data analysis of massive sequencing of genomic data of microorganisms.

The participants questioned about the Mexican and international regulations applicable to the agricultural enterprises.

The assistants were students of the career of biochemistry, systems and researchers of the Autonomous University of Sinaloa (UAS).
