“Eleven Rivers is quality assurance”

Juan Enrique Habermann Gastélum, Secretary of Agriculture and Livestock of the State Government, mentioned in the Fourth National Congress of Plant Health and Food Safety in Vegetables was a priority for the government of the State as regards health and food safety, as a proof of this the secretariat was created, the direction of innovation, health and food safety; with this we will have much more control in our state.

He mentions that the topic of health and food safety is an issue that can open or close doors to other states, to other countries, so for this reasons Mexico, he explained, is immersed in a world trade. We must be armored before those expectations that the world has, if we want access to those markets with our products we must have all the certifications that those countries require us.”

Haberman Gastelum highlighted the work of Eleven Rivers “when Eleven Rivers was created, that was the mission that we proposed, to be able to shield our state. Today Eleven Rivers is quality assurance, it is an authority in the subject of certifications, now it is a certifier very different from the others because it includes all the factors that carry risks for the production and export”. He said.

Explain that Eleven Rivers “is not a certification that only evaluates once a year and delivers the certificate, they weekly are auditing your company, and therefore you are sure that every week you check each area of your company. In my company, I tell to my technical team that not only they will study for the exam and pass it, but that they must be studying and preparing every day;  the same goes for Eleven Rivers”, he said.

He ended by thanking to the Governor of the Satate Quirino Ordaz Coppel, who instructed and allowed him to be present at the event and congratulated Capaciagro and Jaime Galvez for their fourth edition of the Phytosanitary Congress.
