Human capital development

The personnel responsible for access doors and supervisor must be trained to comply with company policies and regulations to assist the visitors.

Safety

The company must have a documented and implemented procedure of internal safety, including the measures to protect facilities and products against potential incidents that may risk reliability of marketed foods.

The procedure of internal safety will include controlled record and access to facilities of contractors, suppliers and visitors; it must also indicate control of the most sensitive productive phases to pollution incidents; it will include measures to keep the areas of supplies and material storage, packaging, end products, transportation, water resources, among others, intact.

The measures taken must be evidenced as: Control records of access to facilities, badges and record of suppliers, visitors and contractors, as well as an identification method from workers.

The potential threats to which the company is susceptible must be identified. The measures to be taken must be based on the identified and documented risks for each area, according to geographic location and closeness to human settlements, taking all the company facilities into account.

In the cases when required, the recommendation is installing electronic surveillance systems in order to monitor and detect the potential intrusion or deterrence of intruders into the premises, especially those categorized as sensitive, as determined by the company. Having a location diagram and a procedure for accessing footage, if necessary.
