Workshop: Operative Regulation Eleven Rivers 2.4 version.

On June 9 Eleven Rivers gave the workshop of the operative regulations of the new version of the Eleven Rivers Certification Scheme; the objective was to make the regulation known to the technical personnel of farmer’s enterprises and to the participating producers, in the course explained the following topics:

• The requirements for incorporation into the Eleven Rivers Program for participating growers and independent bodies.
  • Use of the digital information platform as a tool during the Eleven Rivers Certification Scheme operating procedures.
  • Service offered for technical staff to understand and implement the components of the Eleven Rivers Certification Scheme.
  • Analysis of the risks of fresh production: contamination, work and environmental risk.
  • Development and implementation of the requirements set out in the Eleven Rivers Certification Scheme.
  • Know the process of verifying compliance with the Eleven Rivers Certification Scheme.
  • Know the evaluation process of all the modules described in the annex of the current certificate
  • Know the requirements for use of the Eleven Rivers seal

This workshop was given by Luz María Chombo Tovar in the multipurpose room of the farmers’ association of Culiacan (AARC) with duration of 4 hours; and counted with the participation of 35 attendees from the different companies participating in the Eleven Rivers Program.
