Last May 22, a free Work table was developed through the Zoom platform, intended for the technical personnel collaborating in farming companies of the Eleven Rivers Growers Community, on the SMETA Certification Scheme. It lasted for 2 hours and it was lectured by IBQ Diego Miguel Corrales Villa.

IBQ Diego Miguel Corrales Villa is a biochemical food engineer by Instituto Tecnológico de Culiacán, with training and degrees in food safety certification schemes, occupational safety and social responsibility. He has been a collaborator to some farming companies in Sinaloa as a Food Safety and Social Responsibility advisor. Also, he has been a third-party internal auditor for organizations such as ANCE and Eleven Rivers Growers. He is certified as a Qualified Individual (FSVP and PSR) for the evaluation of internal audits and compliance of regulations and performance of the FDA (FSMA) in Mexico.
