The biggest challenge I have faced was at the beginning when I started working, I had little experience in the area, in the agricultural field, I came from the health sector and things were totally different. It is important, due to the measures that are applied, an efficient control of our processes is guaranteed, thanks to the stages or points where the danger can be controlled. Having implemented the HACCP system reduces the need for inspection and analysis of final products and above all increases the confidence of the client and consumer.
