Our CEO introduces the training: How to generate and preserve positive habits in your life

On September 25th, our CEO Georgius R. Gotsis Fontes lectured the training: How to generate and preserve positive habits in your life, through the Zoom platform.

The purpose of this training was to raise awareness on the importance of the habits we have, some from a very young age, in order to change them and generate new ones through the methodology exposed by author James Clear in his book “Atomic Habits” to eliminate, change and generate new habits. All of this with the aim of positively changing our lives, by making a review on the impact these have on our social, family, work and physical life.

Mr. Gotsis reviewed the following main subjects:

– All habits, even the small ones, affect our life.

– Raise awareness of your current habits.

– They are learned automatically and through experience.

– Action Plan

– Rewards are essential in order to achieve them effectively.

– Measurement of your progress.

In a very enjoyable and practical manner, Mr. Gotsis showed participants examples of real situations, on how some groups of people, athletes and teams, managed to obtain very positive results in their lives through constant small changes in habits, which can represent substantial changes.
