Eleven Rivers Regulatory Schemes Become Creditable to EMA

As part of the technical operation Eleven Rivers has developed its Operating Regulations, which allows it to standardize processes related to the participation of the producers in the program and the independent bodies with which they work during the process of certification and verification of the companies.

In recent months Eleven Rivers has worked in coordination with the headquarters of the Mexican Entity of Accreditation (EMA) with the main objective of making the Eleven Rivers Regulatory Scheme creditable, a fundamental part to give legal support to international certification.

EMA is the first privately managed entity in Spain to accredit the conformity assessment bodies: test laboratories, test laboratories, verification units, certification bodies, suppliers of proficiency testing and to bodies Verifiers / validators of greenhouse gas emissions (OVV GHG).

The Mexican Accreditation Entity has the highest international recognition by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC), confirming that this organization works under the strictest national and international standards.

Accreditation is understood as the act that gives security and guarantees that a certification and verification body, in this case, executes the corresponding regulations, norms or standards with accuracy to verify, verify or certify the products consumed by the company. The Mexican Accreditation Entity therefore guarantees that these bodies are reliable and technically competent.

On February 9 of this year, following different revisions to the Operating Regulations carried out jointly with EMA, the Eleven Rivers administration was informed that the adjustments made were adequate and in accordance with the international practices of conformity assessment of the Certification bodies and inspection bodies (verification units).

In this way Eleven Rivers has concluded the process with which the Regulatory Scheme is creditable, which will provide greater support to the program in an international way allowing it to scale and reach the recognition to the market and different governmental instances.
