Training: Axis I. Eleven Rivers Certification Scheme – Process Quality System

On June 12 was given the training in the Axis I: Process Quality System of the Eleven Rivers Certification Scheme; the main objective is that attendees to be able to design the formats and documents of the whole operation of their grower company by making a complete Quality System in the compliance of the requirements of the certification scheme.

The main topics of this training were:

  • To sensitize participants technical staff the importance of quality management systems in food companies and the relevance of the process approach.
  • Establish the substantive, support and strategic processes required by the company to manage the quality system according to the Eleven Rivers Certification Scheme.
  • Set the compromise of the management of the company to comply with the requirements of the Eleven Rivers Certification Scheme (EC11R).
  • Establish and document the processes for the management of resources that are necessary to implement and maintain the Eleven Rivers certification and continuously improve its effectiveness.
  • Establish and document the processes that are the basis to control the operation, production and packaging of fresh produce in grower companies.
  • Design and document the plans required to prevent risks that lead to non-compliance with the Eleven Rivers Certification Scheme; through the identification, analysis, evaluation and treatment of risks.
  • Establish and document the processes for monitoring, measuring, analyzing and improving the Eleven Rivers Scheme.

This training last for 64 hours for 8 days, held in the city of Culiacan in the multipurpose room of the farmers’ association (AARC), thought by the Consultancy for Sustainable Innovation (CISUS).
