On September 11, the 2014-2015 Human Capital Training Program began, with the first Workshop for the Implementation of the Eleven Rivers V2.1 Regulatory Scheme; Given by the certification body NSF International, in the facilities of the Intelligent Building of Tec de Monterrey.
During the inauguration Eleven Rivers President Heriberto Vlaminck stressed the challenges faced by the Sinaloa export sector and the consumer’s interest in knowing the food they are acquiring.
“This course will undoubtedly help you as technicians of agricultural companies to obtain the necessary knowledge to act skillfully, but also with responsibility in all its functions, as producers we are in the hands of all of you, since your decisions are Which can determine whether our product is healthy or not, “said Eleven Rivers President.
The Training Program was developed under a comprehensive approach, with topics that were previously identified as a need to strengthen.
The certification of the technicians in the implementation of the Eleven Rivers Regulatory Scheme will be complemented by other courses that will help them improve the performance in their companies.
“These courses seek feedback from all participants with the experience gained in the more than 420 technical visits of diagnosis, implementation, certification and verification that the independent agencies carried out in their companies during the 2013-2014 season.”
It is important to emphasize that the courses given during this season have no cost for the technical staff of the companies and independent bodies participating in the Eleven Rivers program.
