It carried out the ” Financial Education Week ” at “Daniel Cardenas Cevallos ” Growers Company.

Every Mexican, regardless of their place of origin or level of income, should have access to genuine opportunities for citizen education which also includes ethics and health care, economic and financial training. This is a tool required for the survival of people and societies of the XXI century.

That´s why the grower enterprise “Daniel Cardenas Cevallos” worried about promoting an economic thinking in children, youth and adults, realized some activities for workers seeking to take better decisions in managing their resources and forecast of their future, taking advantage of better financial resources.

The project called “Financial education week” was held from 14 to 18 March benefiting children, youth and workers from the Elementary School and Telesecundaria Henry Ford 23 in Sta. Martha, Villa Juarez, Elementary School Henry Ford 25 in Camato, Costa Rica, Intercultural School for Migrants, Villa Juarez Technical High School 51, Villa Juarez, population of children in kindergarten and parents of 8 camps in fields.. El Porvenir, Acapulco, Cafetal, Blade, Pantulis, Casablanca 5 Brothers and Patricia.
The main objective was to learn and appreciate the importance of savings, understand the relationship between paid work and satisfaction of needs, ensure responsible consumption and develop a sense of responsibility in generating assets.

Developing a total of 23 sessions of workshops, conferences and board games sessions with the next topics:
1. “Know your budget account”
2. “The effects of Savings”
3. “Personal Finance”
4. “Making decisions that affect my finances”
5. “Budgeting”
and 28 theater sessions:
1. “El Porvenir” fielf.
2.”Patricia” Field
