Staff training is a set of educational activities designed to meet the business needs of a company that aimed to expanding knowledge, skills and abilities of employees, providing them with tools that allow them to operate efficiently.

Eleven Rivers , seeking to contribute to the training of competent human capital in agricultural company of Sinaloa and facilitate the compliance with the certification scheme, has designed the Human Capital Training Program for the 2016-2017 season that will provide employees of different agricultural activities necessary to prepare companies for certification in Eleven Rivers Scheme Regulatory tools .

The program is aimed at producers , directors, managers , coordinators, area managers , administrative payroll , maintenance, shopping area, technical or auxiliary safety in the field and packing, social responsibility , occupational safety, quality management and continuous improvement that works in companies associated with the Eleven Rivers Program .

This year Eleven Rivers has designed the Human Capita trainingl program , at 2 cities of Sinaloa , developing in the city of Culiacan and the city of Los Mochis.
