Eleven Rivers Growers and NSF continue working together

On August 1, 2018, at the CAADES facilities, a work meeting was held between the staff of Eleven Rivers Growers and staff from the NSF office in Mexico. In this meeting, the results that each team has obtained during the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 seasons were presented. Since 2014, they have collaborated together in the evaluation of the compliance of agricultural companies and the training of human capital for the companies attached to the Eleven Rivers Scheme.

Within the Eleven Rivers program, independent certification bodies are entities with accreditation for the Eleven Rivers certification scheme according to ISO / IEC 17065: 2012 (or equivalent) before the Mexican Accreditation Entity (EMA) and certify other schemes that have been recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).

For the Eleven Rivers program and for farmers in Sinaloa, it is very valuable to have the support of an organization such as NSF, since it is a guarantee that the product has been evaluated by one of the most respected independent certification organizations in the world today.
