Eleven Rivers Training Program continues: HACCP course

With the aim of strengthening the skills of the technical team of the companies participating at the Eleven Rivers program, on 10 and August 11 the association held the training course “Gerente HACCP” that took place at the Asociación de Agricultores del Río Culiacán ( AARC), all these as part of the 2015-2016 training calendar designed by the association.

The course was taught by NSF International, a certification body that has participated in the development of national safety and public health standards, and with who Eleven Rivers has a close relationship, this being the third season cooperating with this organization in order to offer our attendees the best training.

This time there were 30 attendees, including personal responsible of the implementation of safety programs, representatives of management, production managers and others, who were given the knowledge and understanding of the concepts and application of the system of hazard analysis and critical control points.

This two-day course is part of “NSF Food Safety Certificate Program” accredited by ANSI and the International HACCP Alliance, and is based on HACCP principles and NACMCF the guidelines of the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC).
