First Calibration Meeting of Independent Bodies Participating in the Eleven Rivers Program

In the Eleven Rivers Program Technical Operation in the phases of diagnosis, implementation, certification and verification of the Eleven Rivers Regulatory Scheme, different independent bodies are contracted to contract these processes impartially and for the Eleven Rivers Distinctive to support the agricultural ones that they attend What the market is asking for through consumers: healthy and sustainable production.

The Standard was recently updated and led to the creation of version 2.2 of the Eleven Rivers Regulatory Scheme, which generated the need to validate the changes made and to unify the criteria used by the independent agencies in the different stages in which they participate.

The calibration meeting was held at the company Tricar, owned by producer Daniel Cárdenas Ceballos, during four days of physical and documentary work to demonstrate compliance with the indicators of the Standard.

The HACCP-based process quality system and Eleven Rivers system was audited by NSF International; The system of agricultural production by the Association of Standardization and Certification, A.C .; The system of packing, storage and transport was reviewed by the company Technology in Food Safety, S.A. Of C.V .; And Social Responsibility was coordinated by Eleven Rivers.

This exercise will be carried out each year, before beginning the agricultural season in order to validate the evaluation criteria of the different Independent Bodies that participate in the Eleven Rivers Program, as well as to identify areas of opportunity to improve the services that are provided to the Participating Producers.

The main objective is to be able to certify as many companies as possible in Sinaloa, so that the production of our state is different from that of the rest of the competitors that participate in the international market of fresh fruits and vegetables.
