3.1.1. Risk analysis

The company must document risk analysis to identify the control measures that must be implemented in the location and design of the different areas in the packing units, and must include at least the following points:

  • Packaging location.
  • Adjacent lands.
  • Domestic and wild animals.
  • Chemical substances.
  • Design of perimeter barriers.
  • Possible Contaminated water.
  • Water source.
  • Area for washing product containers.
  • Smoking area.
  • Sanitation area.
  • Packaging construction materials.
  • Waste management.
  • Septic tanks.
  • Warehouses
  • Expansion or growth.
