Starting the Diploma in Quality of Processes in Companies

Last Friday, May 15 of this year began the first Diploma in Process Quality in Companies, in this way begins the Human Capital Training Program for the 2015-2016 Season offered by the Eleven Rivers Association.

The Diplomate is mainly aimed at administrators, middle managers, supervisors, safety chiefs, staff coordinators, among others, who are in charge of implementing the Eleven Rivers Regulatory Scheme within the companies.

It is taught by the National Polytechnic Institute, which is a center of continuing education with great international academic recognition, and which responds to the different demands of training, updating, specialization and academic training of technicians and professionals inserted in the various productive sectors of the region.

The main objective of the Diplomate is to make known and apply the fundamentals that underpin a quality management system, which will allow the end of the program to have the ability to establish, document, implement and maintain the processes of its business.

The course will consist of 32 hours of theoretical session and 68 hours of practical session. Among the topics to be addressed are: awareness, diagnosis and basic principles of processes, process design, process documentation and implementation and continuous improvement.

With this, the Eleven Rivers Association seeks in general to strengthen the skills of the human resource that works in the implementation in the state of Sinaloa of the best practices of the industry.
