The Environmental Leadership Program for Competitiveness beggins.

 

Eleven Rivers in coordination with the “Procuraduría Federal de Protección al Ambiente” (PROFEPA) made available “the Environmental Leadership Program for Competitiveness” to the different  technicals of the companies belonging to Eleven Rivers

The program began last May 26, on the premises of the Agricultural Association of South Rio Fuerte (AARSF) in the city of Los Mochis, Sinaloa. Along the 9 sessions, participants will gain skills and work experience that will allow them to streamline the business processes of their respective companies.

PROFEPA is a decentralized administrative body, with technical and operational autonomy to increase levels of compliance with environmental regulations in order to contribute to sustainable development. This project aims to carry out the incorporation of a large number of businesses nationwide and contribute to annual savings of water, electricity and carbon dioxide.

By applying a novel and simple methodology to of environmental leadership, its  improves performance competitiveness of enterprises developing capacities to generate significant cost savings in their production processes, reducing the consumption of water, energy and raw materials, as well as avoiding emissions, waste and discharges of pollutants.
