The Advanced HACCP course is taught by NSF International.

 

The Advanced HACCP course Accredited by the International HACCP Alliance and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), is part of the “Human Capital Training Programme 2016-2017” for staff responsible of implementing and maintaining food safety programs including HACCP.

The course was given by Marisol Franco Archundia of NSF International, last 23th June, at the premises of the Growers Association of Rio Culiacan (AARC).

The attendees could learned issues such as; Prerequisites programs , the fifth Preliminary Steps, 7 Principles of verification; Verification and Validation definitions, regulatory requirements for verification and verification of HACCP.
