“Workshop of corrective action” was the last course of the month.

The last course scheduled on June as part of the Human Capital Training Programme 2016-2017, was the workshop “Treatment of corrective actions using Tools Statistics, held on 28th and 29th June at the premises of the Asociación Agrícola del Rio Culiacán (AARC).

This workshop is aimed to staff responsibles for corrective actions arising from the nonconformity of any audit, and aims the participant knows a methodology troubleshooting for application in the treatment of non-conformities, which allows you to identify the root causes and define corrective and preventive actions; using statistical tools and basic and specialized use of administrative software.

Mr. Jesús Ramón Ochoa of ” para la Innovación Sustentable (CISUS)” a consulting and advisory firm with extensive experience of Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001. 2015 and Statistics, were responsible for teaching the workshop.
