ANCE A.C. celebrates its 26th anniversary as a leader organism in standardization and conformity assessment in Mexico

The Standardization and Certification Association (ANCE) held on December 11th its 26 anniversary as a leader in the standardization and evaluation of compliance in Mexico.

ANCE is the third-party organization responsable for carrying out the weekly verifications for the grower companies that have achieved the Eleven Rivers Growers Certification; for this, ANCE is accredited by the Mexican Entity of Accreditation (EMA) as an “A” type verification organization for the Eleven Rivers Growers Certification Sheme under ISO/IEC 17020: 2012.

This association was founded in a1992 by a group of businessmen, interested in collaborating with the legality and safety of the productos. Seeking to meet the needs of various sectors, developed standards and regulations increasing their range of services, so that a greater number of industries were benefited with activities of standardization and assessment of compliance.

ANCE is a non-profit civil association that provides services such as certification, inspection, verification, standardization, management systems, laboratory tests, training, calibration, proficiency testing; with the purpose of the continuous improvement of the companies.

ANCE is member of the Worldwide System for Conformity Testing and Certification of Electrotechnical Equipment and Components (IECEE), Internationl Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), International Standards Organization (ISO), Pan American Standards Commission (COPANT), Council for Harmonization of Electrotechnical Standards of the Nations of the Americas (CANENA) and permanent member of IQNet.
