The DEAR is a tool with real impact on the worker, whose main objective is to generate better quality of life for them and their families through compliance with standards in Labor Welfare; in order to actively contribute to the sustainable development of the sector by maximizing social and economic benefits.
Likewise, AHIFORES, who is in charge of administering this badge, involves more than 80% of the members of the fruit and vegetable sector of Mexico to encourage social responsibility in the sector as well as to define and establish standards and programs that improve social and labor conditions of all those that make up the fruit and vegetable industry.
