A cluster “is a group of companies and related institutions, belonging to the same sector or market segment, which are geographically close and collaborate to be more competitive” – Michael Porter. Therefore, they are a competitiveness tool based on the cooperation of its members.

The philosophy of Cluster cooperation is being promoted with innumerable support measures, from all areas, business and government, national and international as they have been revealed as a powerful instrument of business modernization and internationalization.

José Mario Cadena Borquez, executive president of the Council for the Economic Development of Sinaloa, explained that the workshop will explain the situation of a cluster and will expose the advantages of being united in constant training.
