These people can rely on different areas of the company to implement the Eleven Rivers Certification Scheme, for example production, maintenance, food safety, purchasing and human resources.
The top management should support the figure that serves as Process Quality Coordinator as the main responsible for the implementation of the Eleven Rivers Certification Scheme, especially to address areas of opportunity and correct probable deficiencies detected in departments without hierarchical dependence on it.
The company must prepare an organizational chart, document it and keep it updated. It is essential that describe the current hierarchical structure. It must also have a description of the functions and responsibilities of each key position in the implementation and be able to identify them within the organization chart.
Top management, based on the experience and training of staff, should document alternative coverage for temporary or definitive absence of key personnel occupying positions in critical steps of the implementation process.
The coordinators must keep their training updated in the current version of the Eleven Rivers Certification Scheme. The Process Quality Coordinator must demonstrate the approval in the evaluation of the 5 axes, the Coordinator of Food Safety and Coordinator of Social Responsibility at least in the axis for which they are responsible.
