The season of horticultural production of Sinaloa 2014-2015 is reaching its final stretch and with it the visits of specialized technical advice received by the companies participating in the Eleven Rivers Program, which guide these companies toward the integral fulfillment of the best practices of Agricultural production, process quality, packaging, storage and transportation, HACCP and social responsibility included in Regulatory Framework v2.2.
In order to inform the current situation of the participating companies and to streamline the certification process for the coming season, the administration set itself the task of designing and carrying out a schedule of visits, which consisted of individual meetings with each participating producer and The technicians responsible for implementing the Eleven Rivers Regulatory Scheme, which was successfully concluded on Thursday, May 14.
During the meetings, the Eleven Rivers administration provided detailed information on the process by which the companies incorporated into the program have passed through the analysis of the initial compliance level assessed during the diagnostic phase and the analysis of the gradual progress achieved in each One of the axes that make up the standard during the implementation phase. The criteria related to the scheme were also announced, which required special attention and were invited to continue in the process of continuous improvement and to perpetuate the organizational leadership that prevails in Sinaloa companies.
