Planning and Preparation for Produce Recall

 

As part of the “Human Capital Training Program 2016-2017″ it was carried out the course Planning and Preparation for Produce Recall. The main purpose pursued by this training is to prepare the growers personnel understanding the requirements and their responsibility in a Produce Recall if where necessary.

Ensuring the ability to get out the product quickly and effectively of the market. Have a comprehensive retirement plan that will ensure to recover the product of the supply chain and consumers efficiently and effectively in cost and time, plus it is a requirement of HACCP and GFSI schemes.

This training was held last July 5th lasting eight hours, it was taught by Marisol Franco Archundia of NSF in the facilities of the Farmers Association of Rio Culiacan (AARC).

Likewise this same training was given in the city of Los Mochis, Sinaloa, on July 7 at the premises of the Farmers Association of Rio Fuerte Sur (AARFS).
