Training: FSMA Produce Rule

The six of July took place the Training Course on the FSMA Produce Rule held in the city of Los Mochis at the facilities of the Farmers Association of Rio Fuerte Sur (AARFS), with the participation of 31 workers of the Growers companies from the north of Sinaloa.

Because of the importance of knowing the regulations on Food Security in the United States our main trading partner, is being carried out this course which aims to provide participants with knowledge about the extent of the FSMA law, its key principles, limitations coverage and exemptions to thereby identify whether your business or process are exempt or partially exempt of the changes.

Participants of this course will able to understand the requirements of the proposed safety regulation of fruits and vegetables and to prepare an action plan to achieve timely compliance regulations.
