On August 21, the second issue of the “Eleven Rivers Growers v2.4 Certification Ceremony” was held, within the framework of the 4th National Convention of Plant Health and Food Safety in Produce, in the City of Culiacán, Sinaloa; where our Chairman, Mr. Antonio Beltrán Ochoa delivered a certificate to 13 farming companies from Sinaloa, which achieved this recognition.
In his speech, Mr. Beltrán congratulated growers and their technical teams for their effort in complying with this certification. He shared that, training is an essential activity to face the challenges of the sector and to bet on excellence in horticultural production and exports.

The National Convention of Plant Health and Food Safety in Produce (CONAFIH) is a high-impact event, as it brings together the horticultural sector of Sinaloa and other states in Mexico, interested in technical training, knowledge update, and innovations from companies, research centers, and universities.
The Convention is supported by the State Committee of Plant Health in the State of Sinaloa (CESAVESIN), the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock in the State of Sinaloa (SAyG), Capaciagro, and attendees, which make this event possible: technicians, advisors, researchers, and growers from Mexico.
The main purpose of this event is to be updated in knowledge through technology transference, advices, experiences, and suggestions from speakers and attendees themselves, who attend the CONAFIH.
